As promised in the last post, here’s the count of female creatives on upcoming Broadway shows:
Not counting the Melissa Ethridge show, there are 23 writers of book, music and/or lyrics on the 10 upcoming Broadway musicals announced as of 10.2.23. Of the 23, 4 are women, 19 are men.

In the libretto for the musical — as distinguished from the album — Blind Date is the first song and Do It All Again is the last song. We made Blind Date a bonus track on the album because we thought it would be confusing to open with it on the album.
Jim Master's Show!
Last night, Danny and I appeared on The Jim Master’s Show Live to talk about Regretting Almost Everything, our two-person musical comedy. Jim’s show is like an old-school talk show, long and conversational, and it was great.
